There are ideas everywhere. You can absolutely come up with plenty of ideas by simply staying on the well-traveled neatly paved main roads. But… If you want to come up with the really creative ideas the few others have ever imagined, you’re going to have to do a little off-road innovation.
Off-Road Innovation is finding new ideas in new places
The roads are most certainly not paved.
There are no maps.
There are many dead-ends and tight turns.
Many of the trails may be blocked by debris or completely washed out by a flash flood that surged through the area a week earlier.
Like mud on a Jeep, you’ll come out of the wilderness covered in inspiration.
Not everything sticking to you will be a great idea, but much of it can be used as clay from which you can combine and mold and shape that inspiration into something new and innovation that no one has ever seen before.
