New Idea Guy Mailing Address

The Post Office I’ve been using for the past 8 or 9 years is closing. The form letter they sent (with ZERO information on how to contact any human being who actually works in that location) informed me of their intent to relocate my PO Box to a Columbus city office much further from my home than a nearby suburban USPS office.

When I finally did get someone to help me (via the online form at USPS.com) I was told that I could only keep the same PO Box number if I travelled to the new location stated in the original notice, so I’m opting for closer and more convenient access — but I have to go through the hassle of letting everyone know that my address has changed!

Please make a note of this in any of your address books or contact folders.  The old PO Box will continue to function for another month or so (and I’ll file a change of address this week), but the new PO Box is open for business.

Feel free to send a check or money order made out in my name in order to test it out.  😉
